The reason I have named this blog “Feathers from Heaven” is because I very often see a tiny white feather floating down apparently out of no where. I believe wholeheartedly that these feathers come from angels.
I have seen white feathers on many occasions when times have been tough. It has been a real source of comfort and encouragement to me. I once found a white feather inside a sealed packet of grapes. I also found a white feather underneath a rug when I was cleaning. When we are struggling (or even when we are not struggling), it is good to know that God’s angels are nearby.
In the Bible angels are mentioned from Genesis to Revelation. God gives His angels charge over us and they are a source of protection and comfort.
Psalm 91: 11-12 (New International Version) says: “For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.”So whatever you are going through in life, remember to look out for the white feathers from your angels. It will really lift your spirits and be a great source of encouragement to you.
